I can hardly beleive how time is flying by. We are already thinking ahead to our Summer Outreach Ministry. Winter was one we will never forget and with so many new partners that came along side us we saw the homeless of downtown Toronto receive many vital items that helped them make it through what was the coldest winter in Toronto’s history.
Just to name a few we managed to get into the hands of needy street people, over 150 Winter coats, over 120 Sleeping bags, over 80 packed winter survival kits and over 600lbs of winter clothes, just in time as February saw two more homeless people die due to the cold
We want to say a special thanks to all the churches and organizations that helped and gave so we could make a huge impact in downtown Toronto this winter.
But now were looking forward to all that needs to be done in the Spring and Summer months ahead. Soon we will be making new plans to and asking our partners to give, pray and come once again and join us in some vitally needed outreaches to help Torontos most vunerable survive what comes next…the brutal heat of the summer. WE are told that it is going to be a record year of heat and we want to be prepared well in advance so we ask you to pray and think about giving and helping us make a bigger impact this summer season 2015 than ever before…
